This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and — importantly — how requests you send through our “Work with a pro” form are shared with local landscaping professionals.
What we collect
- Email signups (planting tips / buy-intent): your email address.
- Landscape-pro requests: your email, an optional free-text description of your project, and an optional area/city.
- Usage analytics: anonymous, aggregated product analytics (pages viewed, features used) via PostHog. We do not sell analytics data.
How we use it & who we share it with
Email signups are stored with our email provider (EmailOctopus) to send Colorado planting tips you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Landscape-pro requests are a referral service. When you submit the “Work with a pro” form, we share your request (email, description, area) with one or more local landscaping professionals so they can contact you about your project. We may receive a fee from those pros. Under the Colorado Privacy Act this sharing may be considered a “sale” of personal data. We are a referral service, not a contractor; we don’t perform the work or guarantee results.
Your choices / opt out
You can opt out of having your information shared or sold, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll honor the request. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message.
Retention & contact
